Data source Jul - Sept 2011(1) Householder developments are applications for alterations to existing dwellings and development within gardens. This accounts for about half of the applications dealt with in Hambleton District. In this period almost 97% of householder applications were approved
All Councils are required to report performance against 3 key areas these are:-
(2) Major developments are schemes of 10 or more dwellings and developments of more than 1000sqm of floorspace
(3) Minor development are schemes of 1 to 9 dwellings and schemes of less than 1000 sqm floorspace
(4) Other developments are Changes of use, Advertisements, Listed Building Consents, Certificates of Lawfulness, Notifications and Householder schemes (this figure is shown on its own in the first box).
