Hambleton's online planning service, PublicAccess allows you to view decisions notices and details of applications that have been submitted to the Planning Department. All the information comes directly from our planning application database which is updated many times each working day.
You do not need to register to view details of proposals and decisions.
You need to register and log-in to submit comments and to receive updates on applications that you interested in following.
Planning application information submitted to the Council is protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without prior permission of the copyright owner.
Accuracy of information
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of data, the planning information contained within the site is at present incomplete and must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'Land Charge Search'. This includes details of historic applications and constraints on a particular site. Plans are frequently amended; please remember that if you print off a map there maybe a newer version available at a later date.
The service is always available except between the hours of 2.30am and 6.00am
