Opening hours

Our building opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 6:45am to 9:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 5pm
Sunday: 8am to 5:30pm

Opening hours are determined by the timetables for the day:

Please note that we operate on reduced hours over Bank Holidays.

Plan your visit

The entrance to our centre is via the pavement with ‘press to open’ automatic fitted doors. We have an accessible changing area which includes a toilet, shower, hoist, adjustable bed and wash basin. There are handrails fitted for support and a pull cord emergency alarm. We have a shower chair available for use in the Changing Village and Pool Hall. Access to the pool is via shallow water and ramp with a railing so swimmers can access and depart the pool safely. Carers are welcome to use our facilities free of charge when providing support and assistance. We also have a Toning Suite facility that is accessible to all. We have assistance alarms fitted in the gym, studio, group cycling studio and toning suite
