COVID-19 Update: Leisure Centre Closures

As a result of the latest Government announcement regarding a National Lockdown, the new restrictions mean that our leisure centres will close from today (04/01/21). These closures include Bedale LC, Northallerton LC, Stokesley LC and Thirsk & Sowerby LC, as well as the artificial pitch at Thirsk School. These closures will remain in place until further government guidance with regard to when we are able to reopen. Clearly the health and safety of all our customers and employees is our priority.

As with previous closures, we will make sure that none of our customers are financially disadvantaged. This will include suspending Direct Debit membership payments and ensuring customers are not ‘out of pocket’ as a result of the closure –upon reopening, your first payment will be updated to correct the January Direct Debit payments that have just been taken.  We ask you not to cancel your Direct Debit as this will prevent future access when we re-open.  If you have an annual cash membership, the period of the closure will be added to the end of your membership.

We will provide further information and updates via our Facebook pages and the Zest App.

Thank you for now – we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
