Virtual Cycling at Thirsk & Sowerby Leisure Centre
We are currently experiencing intermittent issues with our Virtual Cycling system. We are working with Technogym to resolve this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we may experience problems intermittently in some sessions, but we endeavour to get classes operating where possible.
We will provide updates when the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Sports Hall Closure at Northallerton Leisure Centre
The sports hall at Northallerton Leisure Centre will be closed between Monday 6 February and Tuesday 28 February inclusive to allow for a full replacement of the sprung floor. The sports hall is planned to reopen on Wednesday 1 March.
We will contact the parents/guardians of those who attend Gymnastics or Trampolining directly with further information.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Online Payments
Great news, the online payment issues we have been experiencing are now resolved.
You can now take out a membership and/or complete a pay-per-visit booking online, via Join@home or the Zest app. You can also top up cashless accounts via our website.
Please note, it is not currently possible to top up cashless accounts via our Zest app. We are working with our leisure management system provider to get this final issue resoloved and will update you accordingly.
Thank you.
