Start the new year off with a run
Published on Thursday, 21st December 2017
A new free beginners running class is starting in the new year in Northallerton.
Aimed at complete novices, this latest fun and health group has been developed to help those new to running get more active. The program is flexible to suit all abilities and will be led by an experienced and qualified run leader.
The runs will take place every Monday morning from 10 – 11am starting on 8 January and will initially run for eight weeks.
“You may have thought about taking up running, but don’t know where to start,” said David Earl, Hambleton District Council’s Development Officer – Health and Wellbeing.
“Or you maybe don’t want to run alone. The sessions will help you get started alongside other like-minded ‘Newbies’ and guide you on your running journey - whilst having fun at the same time.”
