Hambleton District Council is proud to be part of National Fitness Day later this Week.
The most active day of the year on Wednesday 7 September will see a huge range of free events and taster sessions taking place across the country.
The aim is to inspire people to get moving while making it easy and fun to try something new.
All of the district council run leisure centres in Bedale, Northallerton, Stokesley and Thirsk and Sowerby are getting involved and will be offering a free day pass to everyone.
The pass will give access to free swimming sessions, group fitness classes and gym trials on 7 September.
