Wellbeing breakfast briefing in Stokesley

Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley starts the New Year off with a Breakfast Briefing looking at ‘Wellbeing at Work’.
Staff are the biggest asset in a business and the briefing on Wednesday 5 February led by Kate Turner, Senior Physiotherapist and Co Director at North Yorkshire Physiotherapy will chat about the importance of employers investing in the welfare of their staff and understanding that stress, anxiety and emotions can play as important a role in the wellbeing and productivity of their teams, as discomfort, aches and pains. Healthy, happy employees are more motivated, engaged and efficient at work.
The Hambleton District Council run sessions are alternating each month between Springboard Business Centre in Stokesley and Evolution Business Centre in Northallerton and take place from 8.30 – 10am and include refreshments and pastries.
