Garden waste collections restart next week
Hambleton’s garden waste collections restart next week for householders already subscribed to the 2020/21 service.
There are three remaining collections for those displaying a current garden waste licence (green sticker) – which expires on 26 March 2021.
Collections take place either week commencing 15 or 22 February - please use the council’s bin collection day finder to view specific collection dates at hambleton.gov.uk.
Subscriptions for the 2021/22 service are now on sale and will be delivered early March. Licences cost £40 per bin and valid from 29 March 2021.
New and existing customers can sign up for the fortnightly collection service at www.hambleton.gov.uk
- Properties participating in the current service must not remove their existing licences until the final collection in March 2021.
- Please remove all existing licences before applying the new one. Do not place over existing licences.
- Bins not displaying the correct licences will not be emptied.
Residents are encouraged to subscribe early to maximise their collections.
