Euro election poll cards delayed

The delivery of some Hambleton district poll cards for the Election of Members of European Parliament for the Yorkshire and the Humber Region later this month has been delayed.

The District Council which is administering the May 23 election - is working with its print provider to ensure the poll cards are delivered as soon as possible. 

Hambleton electors are reminded that if they are away or cannot go to the polling station on Thursday 23 May 2019 they can still do one of the following:

  • Apply to vote by post - completed applications must reach the council before 5pm tomorrow ( Wednesday 8 May 2019)  
  • Apply to vote by proxy (this means someone else can vote on your behalf) - completed applications must reach the council before 5pm on Wednesday 15 May 2019.
