The annual subscription charge is £35 per licence. Each bin must have a licence. There is no charge for the bin - existing bins will be used. There are no concessions.
When is the service starting?
1 April 2017, but subscription registration opened on 1 February 2017. You can register online here.
Garden waste licences will be delivered within 10 working days and residents are advised to attach the licence to the green wheeled bin before the chargeable collections start on 1 April 2017. If you have not received your licence in this time please
do not hesitate to contact ourselves. A bin not displaying a licence
will not be collected.
Please note the cable ties provided are not standard cable ties. To use, insert the loose end of the tie through and lock like a buckle and pull. Please refer to the rear of the letter accompanying your licence for detailed instruction.
Do I need to opt out? What happens if I don't want to subscribe?
There is no need to opt out. Your green wheeled bin will not be emptied after 1 April 2017 and you will be responsible for disposing of your garden waste. It is not acceptable to place garden waste in your black bin.
Register for a self-serve account now and you will be able to track progress online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
