Paying fines

We employ Scarborough Council to handle all parking fines (also known as parking tickets and Penalty Charge Notices) and challenges to fines.

Please make sure to have your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) number, vehicle registration and address to hand when contacting Scarborough.
