Sex cinemas are premises used for showing films that relate to, or are intended to stimulate, sexual activity.
Cost
- New application - £3,500 (Minimum £50 to be paid on initial application. The remainder of the fee must be paid prior to the grant of the licence)
- Renewal application - £2,000
- Transfer - £1,000
