We are an in-house legal department providing legal services to Hambleton District Council.  We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced solicitor or equivalent to join our busy legal team.  This is a new post to support the growth of the Council’s planning department and will be based in Northallerton. The post holder will also be responsible for management of the Procurement Team which sits within the Legal Services department and so an understanding of public sector procurement is desirable. The successful candidate will have a dynamic approach to work and be keen to apply their proven skills to support the Council’s services.
