A premises licence is required to authorise the use of a premises for licensable activities. Licensable activities include the sale or supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment (the supply of hot food or drink between 11pm and 5am).
How much will it cost to apply?
The fee for a premises licence is determined by the non-domestic rateable value of the premises. Check your non-domestic rateable value at the Valuation Office Agency website.
