Ingleby Arncliffe neighbourhood plan

Ingleby Arncliffe Parish Council is preparing a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish, they have made an application for the designation of the whole parish as a Neighbourhood Area,as received by Hambleton Council and North York Moors National Park Authority on 7 June 2014 (See Letter & Map)

The application was advertised in the Darlington & Stockton Times on 4 July 2014 (public notice). No representations were received and the area was designated 7th October by Hambleton District Council and by the National Park on 18 September 2014 (public notice).

Strategic Environmental Assessment

At a meeting of Ingleby Arncliffe Parish Council on 13 August 2019 the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Determination document was formally adopted. Hambleton District Council and North York Moors National Park both agree with the conclusions of the SEA screening assessment which is available to download here:
