Subscribe and pay now
Subscriptions for the 2021/22 garden waste collection service are now available. The annual subscription charge is £40 per licence. You may have multiple bins, but a licence is required for each.
Subscriptions are valid from Monday 29 March 2021 to Friday 25 March 2022. There are no exemptions, concessions or discounts for joining at a later date. Licences are not transferable, non-refundable and are only valid for the property for which they were purchased.
Subscriptions for the current 2020/21 can still be purchased but you must call 01609 779977 to do so.
The council may contact existing customers with relevant information regarding the garden waste service.
When will I receive my licence?
Licences are sent early March, so they are not lost or misplaced. After this time licences will arrive within 10 working days of purchase, if not please contact 01609 779977.
Residents who have signed up to a self-account and provided an email address will be notified when licences are dispatched.
It is the responsibility of the resident to ensure their garden waste licence sticker is correctly displayed and secured to the bin. Failure will result in non-collection.

Fraud
If you suspect any fraudulent activity please report it on 01609 779977.
Misuse of the garden waste scheme will result in removal from the service. There will be no refund and the green bins will be removed from the property.
