Evidence was collected demonstrating the conduct of the individual is having a detrimental effect, of a persistent or continuing nature on the quality of life of those in the locality, and the conduct is unreasonable.
Alternative options considered
Community Protection Warning Notice issued 8 February 2021. Formal warning notice as required under the Act had not secured an improvement in the environment.
