Reasons for decision
In order to fulfil our statutory duty to secure abatement of a statutory nuisance the Council needs to serve an Abatement Notice under s 80 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
Alternative options considered
Informal action - the officer did not think this was appropriate in the circumstances.
