Aerobics

Boxercise

An effective form of cross training, this class combines aerobic and strength exercise. Fun, energetic and addictive.

Circuits

Challenging exercises to improve fitness level and muscle strength using a variety of equipment.

Core Stability

Improve posture, potimise sporting performance and promote injury prevention with this core stability class

Fit 2 Fight

A combination of high intensity cardiovascular and strength training using Mixed Martial Arts techniques and movements.

Fitness Mix

Enjoy a variety of low-impact group exercises, gentle but effective workout in a friendly sociable environment

Fit Step

Fitness that’s fun. The best of Ballroom and Latin mixed with the latest proven ways to get fit fast. An exciting fun and fabulous fitness experience.

Fitness Yoga

Incorporates stretch, strength and yoga postures. The class concentrates on movement, breathing to music and can improve strength and flexibility.

High Intensity Circuit Training

Utilises high intensity interval training (HIIT) to focus on burning body fat effectively and efficiently.

Insane Workout

This high intensity circuit based class is aimed at building lean muscle, torching fat and defining abs. Ultimately achieving that ‘ripped’ look! Not for beginners or the faint hearted.

Karate

Master the art of Karate or introduction and Black Belt.

Kettlebell Circuit

Kettlebells used in a circuit format to improve strength/conditioning, flexibility and fat loss.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Target those problem areas with an effective aerobic and muscle tone workout.

MAX Circuits

A studio based workout class with the instructor introducing new and exciting exercises from body resistance to flexibility.

Metafit

A full body, low impact class that improves general mobility, flexibility and coordination.

Spinning (Indoor Cycling)

A high intensity class with low-medium impact. Overall conditioning workout with emphasis on legs, hips and bums.

Stretch Therapy

A mixture of Pilates moves and Yoga poses to enhance flexibility, prevent injury and overcome chronic tightness and pain.

Swiss Ball

Improve your core strength, stability and conditioning using our swiss balls.

Tai Chi
