Location Plans

Hambleton can provide you with planning application maps (locations plans) for your planning application submission. We produce maps directly from the latest available Ordnance Survey data, and they are guaranteed to be valid. This is not only restricted to the Hambleton area - a map from any part of the country can be produced.

You will require maps for your application to be valid. The number of copies depends on the application type: speak to your planning officer for guidance.

We charge £25 for the first map and the Ordnance Survey licence, and 0.50p for extra copies. We do not charge extra for postage.

You will usually require four A4 (£26.50) or six A4 (£27.50) plans for your application. If you require any further copies in the future, we can produce these at a charge of 0.50p per copy. We have a minimum re-order of two copies.

We'll produce and send out your maps the same day.
