ZEST Health & Fitness
Your initial introduction will ensure you are familiar with our equipment as well as providing you with a dedicated fitness programme. Ongoing reviews are available to ensure you continue to progress and stay motivated in your exercise. Two types of introduction exist; for beginners and more experienced gym users. Using a mixture of CV equipment (running, cycling stepping and rowing machines), resistance equipment (weight training machines) and free weights (barbells and dumbbells) we are able to ensure we keep your workout varied and comprehensive.
As part of our centre improvement plan we are now able to offer Cyber Coach sessions, the virtual trainer, for both Adult and MAX users. In addition there is the availability of Dance Mats and Vew-Do boards for our clients to enhance there workout in exciting new ways. Pay-as-you-go prices or attractive membership options including the gym and much more are available from the FASTCARD pages - feeling and looking good has never been so easy and good value!
