Licencing Act 2003
The Licensing Act 2003 came into force in 2005.
If you are involved in any of the following:
- Sale or Supply of Alcohol
- Regulated Entertainment (Public Entertainment, Theatre, Cinema)
- Late Night Refreshment
- Registered Members Club
- Temporary Event (indoor or outdoor)
You will need to apply to the Council to obtain a licence.
