We offer a range of fitness classes across the district to suit men and women, beginners and experts alike. These classes are ideal for cross-training with a workout in Zest Health & Fitness, so you can keep your workouts fresh and varied. All fitness classes are open to Women and Men of all ages.
You can simply come along and pay before your class, but it is better to book in advance at reception to avoid disappointment. All classes are £4.00 with the exception of Self Defence classes which are £3.50. Concessions are available with FASTCARD Passport.
