Local land charges search
From 1st June the Land Charges will no longer accept Searches by post and with cheques attached. All searches must be submited via email or through an online Search Provider. Invoices will be issued for any fees. For more information please contact Maria Shiel Dods,Land Charges Officer.
The council undertakes searches on individual properties - usually on behalf of prospective purchasers - to identify any town planning, statutory orders, highways, housing and environmental health matters which might impact on the property.

- Personal search - no fee
- LLC1- £20.00
- Con29- £40.00
- Total for Basic Search - £60.00
- Extra Parcel of Land - £1.00
- Additional Questions - £6.00
