Housing register

Hambleton District Council transferred the housing stock in 1993 to Broadacres Housing Association.

Broadacres Housing Association Opens in a new window and other Registered Social Landlords who work in partnership with the Local Authority maintain a register of applications from households requiring accommodation.

The Local Authority also holds a Register of Interest (this is not a waiting list) for those people in housing need across the District. This register holds information on the type and size of property you require, tenure you require (rent or part buy) and the Parish that you have a local connection to, plus your household composition.

The Local Authority are asked to nominate suitable applicants once a property becomes or is due to become vacant with a Registered Social Landlord.

If you or a member of your family feel they have or will have a housing need now or in the future please call 0845 1211 555 to register your interest.

Please note should your circumstances change once you have registered please let us know so accurate details can be kept.
