Council housing - tenancy issues
You may rent your property from a Housing Association or Private Landlord and would normally be given an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. This is a secure form of tenancy for a specified period and your rights would be specified in your tenancy agreement that your landlord will give upon the commencement of your tenancy.
