Your tenancy maybe with a Housing Association or Private Landlord and you must ensure that you pay your rent regularly.

If you start to experience difficulties please talk to your landlord before you fall behind to see if you can make a repayment plan.

Failure to do so may result in further action being taken by your landlord to recover any monies owed which could ultimately result in you losing your home.
