Caretaking services
This service is delivered by Broadacres.
All repairs are categorised dependent upon their nature, into different response times:
Emergency made safe within 4 hours
Urgent completed within 5 working days
Standard completed within 15 working days
Our contractors make appointments to carry out internal urgent or standard repairs. At present this is for a morning or afternoon slot. For certain repairs we may be able to arrange for another time.
