The Emergency Duty Team is committed to delivering a service to those in need and their families irrespective of race, gender, ethnic origin, religion, culture, disability or sexual orientation.

The Emergency Duty Team can be contacted by telephoning 0845 034 9417. There is a Text Telephone to enable people with a hearing impairment to make contact, also a fax number, which is 01904 760198.
