Markets - cleaning
Operational Services is responsible for cleaning up after the markets held in Northallerton & Thirsk. All traders must ensure waste is correctly handled and are required to leave the areas around and under their stalls clean and tidy after the market. Thirsk traders must take their refuse away.
We provide a refuse collection service at Northallerton market for which there is a charge. Cleaning up after other markets held in the district is the responsibility of the town/parish council or organisation operating that market.
For further information please contact Operational Services, Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2UU or call 0845 1211 555.
