Please note: If your village or road does not appear on the drop down list it can be for a number of reasons:
- We are unable to offer a kerbside collection as the vehicle cannot access your road. This may be just part of a road or village.
- If you currently have communal refuse collection bins we may be providing communal recycling bins.
- If you live in an elderly person's complex or sheltered accommodation we may be providing communal recycling bins.
- You may live in a remote part of the District where it is not practicable to provide this service. You should have been provided with a box for use at the nearest recycling centre.
- We are currently unable to offer this service but will be extending into your area next year.
Your box and bag need to be placed at the edge of your property (the curtilage) or at your designated collection point from 7.30am.
Your blue bag and box will be replaced when worn or damaged.
If your box/bag is out for collection but is missed, please contact Customer Services on 0845 1211 555 or fill in the contact us form. If you wish to leave Gov Metric Feedback, please remember to leave your email address and your collection area details so someone can help you with your query.
