Household waste - rubbish collections
Residents on the Twin Wheeled Bin Scheme will have their bins emptied on alternate weeks. The black bin will be emptied the first week and the green bin emptied the second week. The calendar below shows which bins will be emptied which week.
Remember, the Green Bin is for garden waste (grass cuttings, leaves, etc) and the Black Bin is for all other household waste.
No side waste will be taken on either week, it is your responsibility to dispose of any excess rubbish you may have at other times at your local household waste site.
If your bin is out for collection but is missed, please contact Customer Services on 0845 1211 555 or fill in the contact us form. If you wish to leave Gov Metric Feedback, please remember to leave your email address and your collection area details so someone can help you with your query.
Normal green bins recommence w/c March 1st 2010
