Local Development Scheme

LDS04 Cover lowresThe Local Development Scheme (LDS) is a public statement setting out which documents will make up the Local Development Framework (LDF) and when they will be produced over a three year period. The Hambleton LDS was the first document to be produced by the Council as part of the new LDF and is reviewed each year through the Annual Monitoring Report Opens in a new window.

LDS No.4 was agreed by Cabinet in December 2008 and came into effect on 6 March 2009, covering the period to April 2012. The up-to-date position on all LDF documents can be seen on the LDF Update page, which is updated at least once a month. This provides a round-up of all the LDF documents we have prepared or that are being prepared.
