Hambleton District Wide Local Plan
The old Hambleton District Wide Local Plan was superseded by the Local Development Framework's Development Policies DPD on 26 February 2008. The only saved policy (Policy L1 - Development Limits) will be replaced by the Allocations DPD in late 2010.
A full review and roll forward of the Local Plan has been prepared as a Local Development Framework (LDF). This comprises suite of documents under the new system introduced by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
