Location Plans
Hambleton can provide you with planning application maps (locations plans) for your planning application submission. We produce maps directly from the latest available Ordnance Survey data, and they are guaranteed to be valid. This is not only restricted to the Hambleton area - a map from any part of the country can be produced.
You will require maps for your application to be valid. You will require four A4 plans (£26.50) for planning or six A4 plans (£27.50) for planning and building control.
We charge £25 for the first map and the licence, and 50p for extra copies. We do not charge extra for postage. We'll produce and send out your maps the same day.
The purchase of your initial licence entitles you to a maximum of 6 copies, if you require more or expect to require more within the following 12 months, by declaring this number at the initial purchase stage entitles you to print up to this number of copies.
For ongoing developments where numerous site plans may need to be submitted within a twelve month period we can alternatively arrange for you a Paper Map Copy licence, from The Ordnance Survey, at a cost of £54.75.
Our benefits:
- We do not charge for postage
- We do not charge a difference price for 1:1,250 or 1:2,500 scale maps
- We send the maps out the same day
For more information, phone our contact centre on 0845 1211 555.
Please note, prices for A4 maps are valid from July 2008.
Warning: Producing additional copies from the originally purchased copies is a contravention of the Ordnance Survey licence and doing so can make you liable to action from the Ordnance Survey.
