Fees for Planning Applications
Fees can be paid over the phone using a debit or credit card or made by post using a cheque made payable to "Hambleton District Council" and sent to the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, DL6 2UU or in person at the Civic Centre.
Residential Development Enquiry Form - £60 - (from 1st June 2010)
Householder applications - £150 however there are exceptions see full scale of fees link lower on this page.
Full Planning applications - £335 however there are exceptions see full scale of fees link lower on this page.
Listed Building applications - No fee
Tree Preservation Order applications - No fee
Trees in Conservation Area notifications - No fee
Conservation Area Consent applications - No fee

PDF documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader - available free of charge.
Government has announced that Local Planning Authorities are to set there own fees from April 2011. A consultation will take place on the proposed scale of fees after the Government Regulations commence in April 2011.
