Flytipping
The Street Scene team are responsible for the investigation and removal of fly tipping from public land. Large quantities of waste or left in water courses may be dealt with by the Environment Agency.
Flytipping is anti-social, unsightly and costs local authorities a great deal of money to collect and dispose of. If you witness someone flytipping, please make a note of any details and vehicle registration as this will be useful if legal action is to be taken.
To report flytipped waste or if you see this taking place please contact us on 0845 12 11 555 or e-mail flytip@hambleton.gov.uk giving as much information as you can.
