Air Quality Results
The Council has been monitoring air quality since 1993. Over that time a large amount of data has been collected. For this reason, we have only presented a summary of results for viewing. If you would like more information then please contact us.
Diffusion tube results
The results of the nitrogen dioxide diffusion tube monitoring are presented as a graph showing the annual average concentration for nitrogen dioxide at each site since monitoring began.

Air Quality Station Results
The results of the Air Quality Station monitoring show the monthly and annual average concentrations for nitrogen dioxide, and the monthly and annual averages, and 24-hour averages for particulate matter (PM10).
All of the graphs show the government's air quality objective (marked in red) so that a comparison with actual pollution concentrations can be seen.
