What we do with your feedback
On every page of our website you will find smiley faces that will let you rate how useful you find the page: Good, Average, or Poor. This will tell us what we are doing well (so we can do more of it), and what we are doing less well (so we can improve). If you are not happy with a page you will get the chance to explain what you did not like about it. We read every comment that is made and act on them as soon as we can.
What we have improved
- July 2009
- Improved pages for Parish councils including contact details for all.
- May 2009
- Re-designed the recycling and bin collection calendars to give all the information in a simpler format and all in one place.
- January 2009
- Added a blue box image to the homepage to give quicker access to recycling calendars.
- Minor amendments to the bin collection calendar.
- Restored leisure centre contact details that had been inadvertently removed.
What we are still working on
- Expected later 2009
- Register of interests for elected members.
- Expected April 2010
- Complete re-design of the leisure section of the site to make it more user-friendly.
