-Executive forward plan

Hambleton District Council gives notice, under the Executive Arrangements (Access to Information) Regulations 2000, that:

  • Decisions will be made by the Cabinet on behalf of the Council
  • A Forward Plan will be prepared each month containing details of the matters about which those decisions are to be made
  • Each Plan will contain details of the decisions likely to be made in the four months following publication of the Plan
  • Each Forward Plan will be available for inspection free of charge at the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, and Stokesley Area Office at Town Close, North Road, Stokesley and Easingwold Area Office at Police Station, Church Hill, Easingwold during reasonable hours. Each Plan will also be available on this website (see below)
  • Each Forward Plan will contain where appropriate a list of documents to be submitted to the Cabinet for consideration in relation to the matters about which decisions are to be made
  • Subject to any prohibition or restriction on their disclosure, copies of or extracts from the documents listed in each plan are available from the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton (telephone 0845 1211 555)
  • Other documents relevant to those matters may be submitted to the Cabinet in respect of the decisions listed in each Plan
  • Details of the documents as they become available can be requested by contacting the Committee Section at the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton
  • Forward plans will be published and made available to the public at the Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, and Stokesley Area Office at Town Close, North Road, Stokesley and Easingwold Area Office at Manor Road, Easingwold and on this website (see below)
