Frank - New National Drugs Campaign

frank
In May 2003 the Government launched a new 3 year drugs campaign entitled 'Talk to Frank'. FRANK is joint funded by the Home Office, Department of Health and the Department for Education and Skills. FRANK offers advice, information and support about drugs. The campaign sets out to target 11-21 year olds and parents of 11-18 year olds. At present the campaign for publicity includes advertising on TV, radio and in magazines.

ecstasyThe campaign is an informative, honest and sensitive tool to help young people, parents and carers who are concerned about drugs. It offers credible and reliable information associated with the risks of drug use.

-.. 'It will give parents and carers the skills and confidence to communicate with their children about raising awareness of the risks associated with drug use and providing a source of advice, information and support.'
