The Standard Way Industrial Estate is situated on the north western side of Northallerton, adjacent to the A167 Darlington Road. The A684 links with the national road network via the A1, 6 miles west and the A19, 5 miles to the east. Teesside Airport is 17 miles to the north and there are railway stations with InterCity services at Northallerton and Darlington. The estate is fully developed and all plots are in private ownership except the Council's industrial units at Binks Close, details of which can be found here
