The Council can help by giving you instant access to an up to date and comprehensive register Opens in a new window of industrial/commercial sites and premises available in the District of Hambleton. By providing contact details and a description of each property the register Opens in a new window offers a direct, accessible guide to the local property market. The register currently available to download is for Janaury 2012.

Hambleton District Council also own a range of business premises that are available to rent. There are light industrial units, serviced and unserviced offices and now also a range of high specification food grade units at Leeming Bar. To find out more about current availability click here.

In the production of the Industrial and Commercial Property Register, the Council has received valuable contributions from local estate agents and property owners. The District Council constantly welcomes new contributions in order that the register may be expanded and updated thereby providing a more effective customer service. Entries into the register and database are free. You can send in details of properties and obtain further copies of the register by contacting the Economic Development Team.
