Location
Leeming Bar Industrial Estate is located adjacent to the A1, 2 miles east of Bedale and 6 miles west of Northallerton, at the junction with the A684. It lies 13 miles south of Scotch Corner and the A66. Teesside Airport lies 23 miles to the north and there are railway stations with InterCity services at Northallerton and Darlington.
Sites
The original 9.7 hectares (24 acres) has been developed for a variety of manufacturing and service industries including Dalepak, Vale of Mowbray and R & R Ice Cream.
The latest development at Leeming Bar, phase 4, is approximately 15.4 acres of employment land. - Electricity (up to 40 kva per acre as standard)
- Ducts for British Telecom services
Mains gas is available on Phase I of the Estate with a connection leading into Phase II. Gas can be made available to new occupiers on Phase II on payment of a contribution to the cost of the supply.
