Start Up Grants to New Sports Clubs
| The Purpose of the Scheme The Start-Up Grants to Voluntary Organisations Scheme aims to assist new clubs, or new sections within existing clubs, to obtain equipment to set themselves up, with the aim of increasing participation in sport or the quality of participation in sport. . |
| Eligible Projects Eligible Projects include: Small items of revenue equipment needed to get a new team off the ground, such as bats, balls, team kit, goal posts. Retrospective applications will not be considered, however, in exceptional circumstances prior permission may be given to incur expenditure without prejudice to the grant application. |
